Your information and choices

Privacy Notice

Information you choose to send

BrandlyUp uses enquiry information to understand your request and respond. Depending on the form, this includes your name, email, company, industry, website and description of your challenge. You can also choose to supply context such as timing, budget or a competitor website.

Please do not include passwords, identity documents, payment details, patient information or other sensitive personal data. Sending a brief does not create a confidentiality agreement.

Online forms and email

Online fields remain unavailable until the website confirms that the enquiry system is configured. When you submit through an available form, the website validates the information and sends it to the configured enquiry service for storage and follow-up. A confirmation means the receiving service has accepted a record; it does not mean a message has reached an inbox or a meeting is booked.

The website host and enquiry delivery providers process information needed to operate this service. If you choose an email link instead, your email application and its provider handle sending your message. Website form entries are not saved in browser local storage.

Security and request handling

The enquiry endpoint uses validation, a hidden spam field, submission references and rate limiting. The hosting infrastructure processes connection information, including IP addresses, to serve requests and limit abuse. These measures do not make a public enquiry form suitable for sending sensitive information.

Enquiry records are retained in the receiving system for follow-up. To ask about information you have sent, request a correction or request deletion, use the contact address below. No automatic deletion period is stated here.

Optional traffic analytics and UX recordings

The existing APPNEURAL analytics integration offers separate choices for Google Analytics traffic measurement and Microsoft Clarity recordings and heatmaps. Both are off until you allow them using the preferences at the bottom of the website. Your choice is stored in your browser for up to 180 days.

With traffic analytics allowed, the site can measure page visits and fixed interaction events, such as a brand-review link click, starting a form, an accepted enquiry or opening a work page. The new interaction hooks send only the event, page category and form type where relevant. They do not include your name, email, phone number, enquiry text, submission reference or URL query parameters.

With UX recordings allowed, the existing integration starts Microsoft Clarity with text and form masking. Optional analytics providers can process technical information and use analytics cookies after permission. Masking is a precaution, not a promise that all telemetry is anonymous.

You can turn off traffic analytics, recordings or all optional analytics using the same controls. Turning off an active integration reloads the page. Preferences may be unavailable in local previews or if the external script is blocked; the new interaction hooks remain off in that case.
